Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- -1 Red pears, cored and sliced
- 1 Can Crushed pineapple
- 2 Can (15-oz) creamed corn; optional
- 1 Onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 Can Condensed vegitable broth
- 1 Cup Walnuts; chopped
- 12 Package Spice cake mix
- -1 Vanilla instant pudding mix
How to make Amish Cake
Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using a
greased and floured 9x13-inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or
until done.
FROSTING (TOPPING) Mix all ingredients together. Blend together, and frost
well-cooled cake.
