1. Cream dry pudding mix, butter, and brown sugar. Stir in egg. In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, ginger, and cinnamon. Stir into pudding mixture. Cover and chill for 1 hour. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheet. On a floured board roll dough out to 1/8 inch and cut shapes using cookie cutters. 3. Place cookies 2 inches apart and back for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and decorate.
