Ingredients

 

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbls Cocoa
  • 100gm melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp coffee in half cup of boiling water

 

How to make Moist Chocolate Cake

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add cooled melted Butter. Beat in eggs and add vanilla essence. Make up coffee and add baking soda.
  2. Mix together well. Pour mixture into sprayed round baking tin and bake at 175-180 °C for 40min. Leave to cool and ice with chocolate icing. 

This recipe can be doubled and baked in a roasting dish.
