How to make Moist Chocolate Cake
- Mix all dry ingredients together. Add cooled melted Butter. Beat in eggs and add vanilla essence. Make up coffee and add baking soda.
- Mix together well. Pour mixture into sprayed round baking tin and bake at 175-180 °C for 40min. Leave to cool and ice with chocolate icing.
This recipe can be doubled and baked in a roasting dish.
