Ingredients

  • 24 Scallops
  • 4 Rashers Streaky Bacon
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 50g Butter

How to make Simply Seafood -Scallops with Bacon

  1. Wash the scallops, drain well and pat with paper towels.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Remove any rind from the bacon. 
  3. Cut into strips long enough to wrap around each scallop.
  4. Thread onto little skewers and brush with melted butter. 
  5. Place under a pre-heated grill and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally and brushing with butter.
